Filed Articles of Incorporation

You will receive a copy of the Articles of Incorporation with the Wyoming Registered Agent Corporation package. The filed articles outline the basics of the WY Corporation. The listed information will be the INC name, address, stock information, and incorporator. As your incorporator, Wyoming Registered Agent will be listed on public record instead of your name, now that’s corporate privacy at it’s peak.

Filing ID Number

The Wyoming Corporation filing ID number is the identifier assigned to the business by the Wyoming Secretary of State. This will be used for filing an annual report or making changes. Do not confuse this ID number with the Federal EIN. You get the EIN from the IRS.

Certificate of Incorporation
